The hotel has two large meeting rooms, which can be hired on a daily basis. The Patio room offers 55 sqm of floor space, with room to seat up to 50 people in a variety of seating layouts. The equally versatile St Mellons Suite is more than twice as big, and can accommodate up to 150 people.

There are also three Meeting Spaces available in Cardiff North. These are in the lounge area and can accommodate up to 6 people. Meeting Spaces are reservable tables in public areas of the hotel, they are not private meeting rooms.

The hotel’s postcode is CF23 7XH. From the M4 take J29, if travelling westbound, or J30 if travelling eastbound. Follow the A48 (M) to Cardiff, then at the junction follow the sign for Pentwyn. At the roundabout, take the third exit, and proceed for 200 yards. Free parking is available at the hotel.

Westbound - Exit the M4(J29) onto the A48(M).  Exit junction signposted Pentwyn and take the 3rd exit at roundabout.  Hotel is 200 yards on the right hand side.  Eastbound - Leave M4(J30) take 3rd exit North Pentwyn link road (A4232).  Take the A48(M) towards Cardiff and exit at the junction signposted Pentwyn.  Take 3rd exit at roundabout. Hotel is about 200 yards on right hand side.
